Course overview
Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED is built for people who care for children. It covers infant and child CPR and AED use, choking relief, and the pediatric First Aid topics childcare settings actually face: illness, injuries, allergic reactions, and prevention. It is the course most commonly required for childcare licensing (including EEC requirements) and gives providers the confidence to act when a child needs help.

How certification & check-in works
After hands-on practice and skills verification with your AHA Instructor, students receive a 2-year AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED eCard, the card childcare licensors ask to see.
Group & on-site training
Yes. We regularly train entire daycare and childcare center staffs on-site, scheduled around nap time or after hours.
